Not able to complete CUCM 8.6 installation in esxi

I am not able to complete cucm 8.6 installation on my esxi server, i am getting attached error while installing. please help on this .

Are you using supported hardware and recommended specs for 8.6? Normally it would fail due to one of those.

Are you using the OVA template from Cisco? If not try using that.
