PAP2T Provision problem

We have over hundreds of PAP2T deployed and provisioned via our website, using http://www.domainname/liksys/filename.cfg in ATA’s Provision Tab Profile Rule. And since our webhosting upgrade their server, our ATA are unable to sync. Our web host could not find anything on its server and our web site is working fine. Is there anything we have missed to cause this. please please help

the funny thing is that I could access www.domainname.com/linksys/filename.txt using browser, but the ATA will not snyc the file enen the txt file should be good enough for provisioning, any help please, thanks
