I built a small cluster to simulate our Call Manager 4.2(3) environment. I had to rebuild the publisher. When completed I tried to create a new phone to ensure that replication was taking place but it does not appear to be happening. I also checked Servicability from the publisher to verify services on the subscribers but when I try to select the subscribers I'm getting a "unable to connect to the serve" message. I can ping the subscribers from the publisher and vise versa. Any ideas?
