Having trouble with QRT Viewer only on Subscriber.
Get the following message :
Document empty or invalid!!.
Could not do "Problem Reporting"
Works ok on Publisher.
CCM version 4.1.3sr7
Cisco Extended Functions Activated both servers.
Log Files set for default location c:Program Files\Cisco\QRT\QRT.xml
Noticed xml files on PUB actually have QRT data
The SUB all files 1K size with no data.
Should the Subscriber be able to report this data as well as PUB?
Thanks for any help on this.

by default reports are sent to the server with the highest IP from the server and you need to run reports from that server, in your case it appears it's the PUB so you'll have to run reports from PUB

Hello java,
Thank You for reply.
My PUB has lower IP than SUB.
Report works on PUB only.

actually i just checked and it's the other way around (long time since i used QRT on windows) CEF runs and reports are saved on server with lowest IP in the cluster, so it's working fine
