SFTP server for CUPS

I am trying to back up Cisco Unified Presence Server 6.0.4.1000-4 using Titan FTP server 6.24 which is Cisco's recommended SFTP product for Windows.

It fails when I try to add the backup device.

The same SFTP server works fine for CUCM 6.1 and Unity Connection 2.1.

I can backup the CUPS server using alternate SFTP software such as FTPD or Serv-U but need to get Titan to work.

Has anyone else had problems with CUPS and Titan and if so did you find a solution?

Try different one, life FrreFTP, just to make sure is not Titan but CUPS

Thanks for the response.

I have tried the FreeFTPD and Serv-u SFTP servers which work ok with CUPS.

Freeftpd is to underdeveloped and cannot run as a service without a user logged in which makes it unsuitable as an enterprise backup product.

Serv-u is better but is not really an enterprise type product.

Cisco recommend Titan FTP in the CUCM6 and 7 Disaster Recovery Admin Guides so I would have hoped that it would work with all their UC products.

Has anyone successfully used Titan with CUPS?
