Visual Voicemail

I've been trying to get Visual Voicemail working on a version 11.0 system with no success.

CUCM & Unity Connection are both the same version 11.0.1.20000-2.

I've been through the process 3 times and still had no luck. Once the Unity end is done I can call the pilot and get the 6 seconds of silence/termination test as suggested in the docs.

I create the Phone Services and subscribe phones/UDPs, restart TFTP services and phones.

But when I press the messages button I still get the standard TTU handler straight away and not given the choice of the 2 options as the documentation states.

Any ideas?
