Hi ,
We have CUCM 7.1.5 . E1 PRI integrated through MGCP. When we call from the mobile phone to DID numbers call disconnected with following Cause codes.
0x80BF Service / Option not available.
This is happened for some users only . For rest of the users working fine. Service provider confirms that there is no issue with the E1 Circuit.

How many gateways you have which caters to PSTN calls ?
There could be a chance that one perticular gateway which catered to failed call was unregistered momentarily from CUCM. Could you check if that was the case ?
Does that happen all the time or it happened only few times recently ?
This doesn't appear to be E1 issue but the issue of gateway connection reset with CUCM.
Lemme know how it goes.

Thanks for your Reply.
We resolved the issue once gone through the CCM traces.
Issue happened to specific users which we configured as Remote Destination in Remote destination profile.
So When the PSTN call hits the gateway calling number matches the remote destination profile & it tooks the RDP CSS based on the mobility Service parameter.
RDP CSS didn't have the partition of PSTN line directory number.
