2 extensions reach the same voicemail account

Hi

We have an issue at the moment where 2 seperate users are ending up at one voicemail.

This only happens when external callers call in, all intrenal and on net calls are fine.

Both of these numbers end with 2109 but have different digits at the start; 5102109 and 4022109. Two seperate sites on different partitions and in different CSS also. When external callers come in to the 5102109 extension they are directed to the voicemail message of the 4022109 phone.

We are using Unity 8.0.3 and CUCM 8.0.3 also.

If anyone has come across anything similar I would be interested in knowing.

Can you check that there is on extension 4022109, extension 5102109 is not configured as an alternate extension.

To test further, You can delete extension 5102109, test to see if the problem goes away and then re-add it and test again

What is the Voicemail Profile Mask, perhaps it is set to XXXX only.

Use Port Monitor to see what Unity is receiving.
