I get the below error when i reset the cisco ip phone in the callmanger.

I have used the ip phone RTMT and checked the debug on the phone.

 

"The phone is showing that she is logged on and then off a few seconds later. This is occuring multiple times. Communicator stays on online but is unreachable by other people"

 

Please help me to understand the error. Is there any relativity of the error and the user's complain.
