Hi,
When I try to add the user in Global directory in CCM 3.3, it is giving -2100 stating that unable to add user. But, sometimes it is working fine.
Please suggest.

Hi Prasad,
What is the exact CCM version.
Are you using DCD or AD integration?
If using DCD you would gather logs from DCDsrvr/log folder if AD, I would gather sniffer capture to see what is happening.

I would also recommend checking
1.The state of the DCD service (is it paused state ?)
2.The amount of free space on the server
