2621xm fxo port strangeness

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to cisco, and am trying to configure a vic-2fxo-m3 in a nm-2v, on a 2621xm router.

I've got it working so that incoming calls on the fxo will ring my cisco phones, but when i answer and start talking, the speech on the cisco phone is really slow, and the speech on the calling phone is really fast (sounds like a chipmunk). Has anyone seen this before, and know where i should start looking?

My voice-port config is as follows -

voice-port 1/1/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
no echo-cancel enable
no comfort-noise
cptone AU
timeouts call-disconnect 3
timeouts wait-release 3
connection plar opx 101

It sounds like the router is buffering the voice, do you have a copy of the config.Also when you place the call do a sh process cpu  to see if the cpu is maxing out.
