3 ext Ring Group for 3 users

I have questions for the best practice to setup this ring group.

We have 3 numbers, ext 1000, 1001, and 1002 that will need to ring to 3 users.  The supervisor decides that we will not use the IPCC as the users have to login and log out.

I am thinking to setup CTI route point to forward these 3 extensions to a new extension 2000 and assigned ext. 2000 to these 3 users.

One of the requirements is for these 3 users will need to know the call if for extension 1000, 1001 or 1002. So in the CTI route point I can put the internal Caller ID name to show the name.

Example:

AAA Sales = 1000

BBB Sales = 1001

CCC Sales = 1002

The only thing that I don’t like, I can see FORWARDED FOR …. In the phone screen when someone call 1000/1001/1002 and will ring to ext. 2000

Is there any better way to setup this ring group?

Thanks

sienz
