.323 gateway and CUCM call hand up delay and call s

I've got a very vexing issue.  I converted a router over from MGCP to h.323.  IOS Advanced IP Services 152.4M6  With MGCP to H323

there was never an issue :

1.       Intermittent call drop outs

2.       Inbound calls call hang up / call termination / end call delay issue around 30 second delay

Thanks

That could help

Regarding voice call convert-discpi-to-prog is to change the diconnect message to progress in order to try to send the call status to the CUCM when a disconnect arrives from PSTN
