3845 Router fan not slowing down?

I have just gotten my hands on a 3845 router. I have never used one before, however noticed that after initial startup the fan never slows down or "gets quieter" like on the other models. Is this normal considering the router's size, or is something wrong with the fan assembly?

Thanks all!

Hi,

"sh env"

With this command look, what you have wrong with your router.

Maybe it's overheated or something wrong with fan itself?

Paste output of  "sh env" command

Thank you for your reply! Sorry I'm so late on mine, just got back from new years holiday!

All looks normal, see below output. I am guessing it is just because it is a massive 3845 router, whereas the other routers i have had dealings with are smaller ? Either way the fan does not get quieter or slow down after booting, it stays the same speed/noise the whole time it is powered up.

Any ideas?

And once again, thank you for your reply
