dear folks,
what all configuration is required on callmanager to integrate callmanager 4.2 with third party call logging software(proteus CTI data).also when i configured call logging software its not able to reach callmanager i checked the port (1050) is also correct as this is the default option.

You might try including the Proteus CTI server IP Address in the Callmanger HOST file list. The file is located under the etc directory.
