we can call and connect to 9-411 service but the voice prompts cannot hear us. although the 9-311 and 9-0 can hear us fine. this is only on one site in the cluster. Have you heard of this probelm and any idea where I might start looking to rectify this problem.

check if Voice rtp send-recv is turned on the gateway.

Please provide :debug of call with Q931, ccsip message, voip vtsp all, and voice ccapi inout turned on.
