425: Database is currently opened by another user.

My CUCM 5.12 DRS restore is failing with the 425: Database is currently opened by another user error showing up in the CM Database log.

The workaround listed here isn't resolving the issue. Any ideas?

Looks like: CSCsh32064

Apart than the listed workaround in the link above we need root access and perform other steps.

So please go ahead and open a TAC SR.

Unfortunately, I don't have smartnet on this box. Can you give me the workaround w/out the TAC case?
