45 mail boxes but 42 used (Unable to add another mailbox)

Hey,

A client has got 45 mailbox enabled but only 42 used and when i try to add another user/mailbox it says

Not enough Mailbox space left in system

Can you please help me

Is this Unity Express or Unity Connection? Version and hardware specs?

The error seems fairly self-evident: you have run out of storage space, not licenses.
