500 series ip phones - Caller ID question

We are looking at purchasing the Cisco 500 series IP phone system for our offices but have a question.  Is there software available that will allow supervisors to view and track the calling party ID of active calls on the system.  Will this ID remain if the call is transferred to another employee?  What software would this require and about how much is the cost?  We will be using SIP lines from Broadvox if that makes a difference.

There are few CLI commands that you can use.

I may also consider adding this to the "consolite" application that I developed for CME - more details are on the website present in my profile.
