502g on uc560 unregister

Hello sirs!

I have a big problem today, all my new phones I register on CCA, with name, id, pass number... etc. Show on my overview by CDP but dont get number on phone or id.

The phone get ip address correct BUT dont get number. on my cca I see unregisterd. What could I do? :S
