5300 problem when user dial digits

hi everyone

actually i have a problem with my Cisco AS5300

in my network, users call my AS5300 via E1 connection and aftre the call the dial some numbers (phone number ext.), actually its work fine for all telephone provider but only from one provider its not work, and when users dial ext numbers its not work and IVR allways say to dial the correct number

i check my isdn q931 and its work properly (below is debug for that)

Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3

                Standard = CCITT

                Transfer Capability = Speech 

                Transfer Mode = Circuit

                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Is your AS5300 providing the IVR application itself, or are you forwarding via VoIP to a 3rd party IVR application?  It could be problem with this one provider, where they may be using different dtmf method.

You can try to run this debug command "debug vtsp dsp" to see if digits are received by the AS5300 when you pressing the keys.
