6941 can receive ext2ext calls but CANNOT received call from PSTN

Hi all,

          I am having a weird issue with CUCM and CUC... I have a user, he can get extension to extension call.He can call outbound just fine( outbound to other extension and to PSTN). However, this user CANNOT RECEIVE calls from the PSTN!

When a call from PSTN, it goes to unity for autoattendant and ask caller to enter extension. Once the call enterred extension, it transfers the call to VM(does not ring the extension)... All other users CAN receive call from PSTN!

Apparently, the issue is random and apparears randomly as well... Last week, it was another user and the issue fixes itself after a few hours!

Can you please check call coming from PSTN to that user number range or pattern do not have any translation pattern, which might be possible that calls for that range may be translated and getting re-directed VM
