6941 corporate directory connection failed

Hello ,

When I try to access the corporate directory in the CISCO 6941 I get the message "requesting" 

after a few seconds the error  "connection failed" .

The problem only occurs on the 6941 phones , in the 79xx phones it is working fine . 

someone have any ideas ?

Hi

Have you checked your URLs in Enterprise Parameters? Check the secure and non-secure ones are valid and pointing to the PUblisher IP address in the URL rather than hostname, unless you are 100% your DNS is working for the phones.

We fixed the problem.

I've uploaded SCCP69xx.9-2-2-6 firmware .
