I am struggling trying to put an ICM line onto a 6945 phone. Can anyone confirm whether or not they actually support ICM lines? I have no issues putting it on other phone types such as 8961 and 9971.

Hi,
well, the SRND (for 8.5) says they might be supported.
Do you see an error message, perhaps?

No unfortunately there is no error message. The call manager will allow me to place the button in the template and configure it on the phone however when the config is saved and applied/phone reset there is no appearance of the line.

Er... this might be a misunderstanding. What do you mean by saying ICM?

Thank you Carlo,
That being confirmed would you have any idea why even though the Intercom line is programmed on the phone the phone registers completely and still doesn't display the intercom line?
