7841 & 8851 not showing intercom line

I have added an intercom line to both a 7841 and a 8851 and the lines simply don't show up. If anyone has run into this issue before I would really like to know what you have done to resolve it.

Please check the parameter 'Default Activated Device' and let us know if it works.
