connected a 7911 phone and it started downloading the firware/application etc from CCM. All looked good, but next time I looked the phone is dead, no screen etc. Reboot briefly blinks the green lights for a second, then the red handset light comes on and then nothing.
The IP address of the phone is accessible.
Tried a reset using codes in the 7941G question below and no luck, same situation.
This is the 1st phone in our environment so would like some help to investigate the possible causes,
had a similar issue with the 7911 last week. actualy two phones that i migrated from ccme to a new install of ccm5. did the same thing and well thought the phone was dead. actually started a smartnet for it. plugged it in a couple of days ago just to check again and after about 5 mins, it came up..i have no idea of what went on other than possibly the fimrware got stalled.
