7912 phone corporate directory

Hi,

We have a ccm server 4.1 versoin where 7970 and 7912 phones are registered. more than 60 users are created in the coroporate directory. we are using ccm directory. In 7970 phone all the 60 entries are displayed when we serch the directory. But in 7912 phone only the first 32 entries are getting displayed. once we press the next button it not showing hte next set of entries. But when we search the user details individually we are getting the result.

please let me know if you have any solution for this 7912 phone issue.

Are you using the Corporate Directory that comes with CCM or did you customize your own using the IP Phone Services SDK? Are you using DC Directory?

Can you confirm if u have given the ip address in the directory URL....i suppose it is in the Enterprise parameters..As we had a similar case and when we did the above change we were successful...
