7912 was flashing mistaken firmware

Hello, I have 7912 phones which not boot. When I switch on the phone two buttons "hold" and "setting" are flashing and screen is blank.

I launch tftpd32, but the phone cant obtain ip addrees, phone always DHCPdiscovered.

I launch Wireshark and saw that  Vendor class identifier = "ATA186" and the phone don't require any file.

When I hold # before switching, nothing happen.

Please, help me.

You must give option 150 and option 66 in the DHCP, or the phone will not accept the reply.

I gave option 150 and 66. The phone don't accept DHCPoffer.
