7914 red lights

Hi,

My 7914 appear red light,

and start a manually reset and debug tftp event. the message always stop in ****CHECK IF 7914 OPERATIONAL****

my firmware is load 7914 S00105000200

main phone is 7961.

How can I troubleshoot it? any command can I know status of 7914?

What platform are you running? Is it on CCM or CME?

If it is CME make sure you have the following commands.

tftp-server flash:S00105000200.sbn

telephony-service

load 7914 S00105000200

ephone 1

type 7961 addon 1 7914 2 7914

It is CCME 4.0 and I had done all commands which you mention above.

You can do a "show ephone" and a "show ephone phone-load" to see the status and if it has the right load.
