Hi
I am in the process of trying to upgrade a Cisco 7921 handset from firmware version 1.0.5. Does anyone know if i can go directly to 1.4.4 or do i have to go to an interim version like other 7900 handsets before going to 1.4.4. I am struggling to find documentation for this
Thanks,
Derek

Hi Derek,
I had a look at these Firmware release notes for the 7921;
And the only install note that I can see is this one;
If your Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phones are currently running a release prior to 1.4(3), then you must use the Trivial File Transport Protocol (TFTP) method to upgrade to release 1.4(3) or later. Once upgraded to release 1.4(3) or later, you can then upgrade to later versions using the phone's webpage either via USB or WLAN.

Cheers!
