7921 Phones register on subscriber failure

Hi!

We have installed device pack to support 7921 phone on our CCM cluster, the phone can successfully reigstered on publisher, however, when it try to register on subscriber, it shows "registration rejected", and the error trace log of ccm on subscriber displays the following:

Not exactly, I guest I was updating the devpack for 7921 wireless phone in wrong sequence order. I firstly updated to subscriber then publisher. Should I redo the update on subscriber again?
