What should be the "normal" behavior of a 7921 screen?
The user complaints the screen is always on while the phone is over the desktop charger or out of it. The battery is exhausted after 24 hours.
I had saw while the phone is on the desktop charger the light on the screen is reduced but not totally off.
Also I had saw when the phone is not charging the screen light reduce after the time set in Display Timeout and 10 seconds after it is turned off.
