I am using AP 1131, it working [ I am able to associate with laptop ], but in 7921 it show "connection failure error", any suggestion to troubleshoot this problem.

Perhaps you can try to start and some traces from your phone.
You need to start web connexion to your phone by using his IP address and get debug wireless lan manager
