We have a problem getting a 7921G connected to a UC540W...
The relevant phone loads are present in the UC540, but it isn't actually getting that far.
As far as we can tell, the 7921 isn't able to connect to the wireless, which is obviously fundamental.
Is there something obvious I am missing? The system is otherwise up and running perfectly, but this is the first wireless phone added.
Steps taken and config shown below...
We have 7921 in World mode. We have enable world mode on the UC540W
Other devices like iPhones and PC's can see the two wireless networks that are the voice and data VLANs
The 7921G cannot see these Wireless networks even after we turn on SSID broadcast for the Voice VLAN
After entering the data manually it alternates between Locating network services and Authentication failed.
The network is OPEN
Site survey returns nothing
