7925 - Not in Service message

I am trying to setup a 7925G and I am getting a message at the bottom that reads Not in Service.  These phones are new to me, can someone please help me out? Call Manager 7.1.3

Check on the phone to see if the phone either has a manually set TFTP server or got one through DHCP.  Here's how to find those settings: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7925g/7_0/english/administration/guide/7925cfgu.html#wp1346366.

I did not connect the phone to my pc, I am looking on the phone itself. DHCP is enabled.

Does the phone have an IP address and TFTP address that it got from the DHCP server?
