7925 - One ringtone different, sounds fine on desk extensions.

I have just installed some 7925's on our network. Every ringtone on them sounds exactly the same as it does on a 7975, except one (my favorite =P) which is the CTU24 ringtone. Could there be any reason why this one ringtone does not work properly on the 7925's, but works fine everywhere else?

On the 7925's, it sounds very corrupted and "faulty".

What firmware version the 7925's running on ? If not latest, try upgrading them to latest version available here

Ringtone's are downloaded from TFTP & if the issue was with one 7925 phone, then I'd have suggested to delete & recreate the phone but it appears the issue with all 7925's, hence the suggestion to upgrade firmware.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have checked and they are on the latest SCCP load, 1.4.1. It is only this one ringtone too, not others. I might try to find a different ringtone file and see how that goes.
