7925G Resets Unexpectedly

Hello everybody,

We have a customer with a pair of 7925G. It seems they resets unexpectedly.

Trying to avoid CSCtk58591 bug, we are using CP7925G-1.4.4.3.LOADS (this bug seems to be solved in 1.4(3)DV2... hope it's solve in this one too). At the same time, we are only using b/g band.

Trying to avoid CSCtt38270 bug, we are using WEP authentication just in case it can be a roaming issue. Talking to the users, it seems it happens without moving, just having the phone on the desk. Trying to get more information, it seems that sometimes, the phone gets reset when they try to place a call.

Trying to isolate a coverage problem, they have around 50 7921 phones that work perfectly in the same area.

Cisco Call manager: 8.6

Cisco 5508 v 7.0.230.0

Phone firmware:1.4.4.3

Any idea would be appreciate.
