7926 IPT Registration Problem

Hi,

We have baught the new 7926 IPT. I have upgraded firmwares from GUI and also uploaded the latest firmware to CUCM.

But am getting, "Image Authentication Failed" error and the "registration rejected" message appears.

We have CUCM 8.6.2.

Try clearing the sercurity cert off the phone itself and try again.

You also might need to restart your TFTP server on whatever server you uploaded the firmware to.

Restart the CM service.

Hi 

I am running into the same issue and wondering what worked for you?  Was the fix restarting the CM Service as stated in your other post?

Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated!
