7931 phone not coming up on power

Good day all,

 

I just deployed BE6k on my network. Other models of phones could register successfully to the CUCM except for the 7931 model. I try to do a factory reset of the phone. Unfortunately, after the reset, the phone refuse to come up on power. Please how do I make my phone to power on again and also add it to CUCM.

If the phone doesnt power on,

If the phone doesnt power on, my guess is that phone is bricked. Make sure you are plugging into a PoE port etc.

Yeah, the phone is pluged to a POE switch. It will only flash light immediately it is plugged but will never come up.
