Seems like there is a bug with the 7936 phone and the MeetMe button using CME. See link below: Can anyone confirm if the 7937 has the same bug? I plan to deploy another CME and don't want this to happen again.
The largest issue I'm familiar with on the 7936's is this one: CSCsj41153
It looks like the one you reference is for 7936 firmware 3.3.(20). This firmware is specific to the 7936 and shouldn't be a problem on the 7937. The bug is still unresolved, so there isn't a fix for that on the 3.3.(20) or later firmwares. It hasn't been analyzed yet, so it's still possible that it's not a valid bug and maybe a configuration problem or something like that.
