We just received our first 7936 IP conference phone and are having an issue dialing into AT&T Teleconference Service. After dialing the 1-866-606-4704 dial-in number, it's like the 7936 stops responding (generating / accepting any additional DTMF tones). We've had a ton of problems with the 7936 phones (poor audio quality, mics cut out, etc.) We're abandoning the 7936's and going to 7937's. The 7937 appears to be a much better quality phone, in my opinion.
