We have 7936 conf phone, randomly reboots in mid of conference. It will keep rebooting and stuck to configuring IP. Then we need to unplug the power cord and reconnect to get it register with the Callmanager. We did not configure Voice VLAN for this phone and see the switch configuration below.
Hi Ravi, If you have checked network connectivity and no hardware issues (patch cord, power cube), try deleting the phone record from the CCM administration page and re-create it. By the way, what CCM verion do you have, maybe an option could be a firmware upgrade of your phone.
