7936 rebooting

Hi,

I have couple of 7936's that keep rebooting in one of our offices.

I know they both work because of i move them to another office they work fine.

I have adjusted speed/duplex , removed the voice vlan and also updated to the latest code 3.3.12.

Any ideas

At this point, I would say there is sth inthe netwrok which is causing the 7936 to lose connection to CCM.

If you increase keepalive it helps?

A detailed CCM trace and sniffer trace will help.

In CCM Event Viewer which the reason code for the IP Phone unregistration?
