7936 registration issue with CCM4.1.3sr1

Hi All,

I have a 7936(brand new one phone)added at the CCUM 4.1.3sr1 but Not registered, I made a factory reset but still not getting register. When I connect a older phone at the same interface port where the 7936 is installed the phone is registering without problems.

I searched the station at Real Time monitoring tollIP if there any logs but nothing, at the CCM doesnt show an IP address assigned to the station.

I connected to the accesss switch checking the interface port it seem ok with the voice vlan etc..

But I got some acl drops from Phone IP address subnet to the DHCP and DNS server that we use for the phone

But I dont know if the is the IP Address of our station, have i check directly over the station i guess..but what is the following if not the IP address...

By CDP I can see the station...
