7937 Conference phone connected through external network
Client wants to connect a 7937 phone to an external network that has connectivity to CUCM. They are able to register 7965 phones to this connection only if they statically assign the TFTP server and delete the security certificates. 7965 phone registers fine and is fully functional. The 7937 device does not register, the only difference noticed between the 7965 and 7937 is that, there is no security certificate to delete for 7937.
CUCM version 9.x.
