I'm trying to login to Extension Mobility on a 7937. When I select the service, I immediately get back a "Login unsuccessful. Login is unavailable (207)"
Google shows that a 207 indicates that the device name is not being sent as part of the login request.
The URL configured in CUCM is:
http://192.168.1.1:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#&EMCC=#EMCC#
This URL works fine on all our other Cisco phones.
If I wireshark the phone, I see that the #DEVICENAME# parameter isn't getting replaced with the phone's device name.
Is this a bug in the 7937 firmware (I'm on the latest available: 1.4.4), or is there a secret setting to work around this ? My CUCMs are on 8.6.2
