7940 keeps power cycling

It doesn't matter if the phone is on PoE or direct power, the phone keeps cycling the power. It get to the first light of the boot up sequence, then starts over again. Has anyone else experienced a phone like this?

If its the only 1, and you have already change switchport, cables, etc, I would RMA

ya, this phone is over 2yrs old. We don't pay for maintenance on our phones, have over 2K in production

when it boots does it give an error message?
