call manager 8.5
call manager device defaults as follows,
7940 sccp ---- P00308010200
sip ---- P0S3-8-12-00
firmware version on the phone itself as follows,
app id : p00308010200
boot load : pc0303010001
version 8.1(2.0)
phones are registered, but it does goes to "requesting" now and then and then return back to normal, it looks fail to update. lot of phones has the same issue, it recently started to happen no change made except there were addition of few licenses to call manager

did a hard reset of one of the phone and also factory reset, didn't make any difference. welcome for any suggestions.
