7940 problem of register

Hi Guys,

We are configuring in ours customer some ip telephony. When configuring the 7912 the phone register with problem, but, when add the 7940 the phone it not register. Some suggestion?

you have to specify with more details your case in order for someone to help you solve your problem, you mean 7912's registered but 7940's did not, what do they display, what about your dhcp,tftp server, CCM version, is it a remote site,...?

The IP telephony search IP by DHCP, we are use version 5.1.1b, I am in the customer. The IP telephony stay rebooting
