Post the output to the command "sh power inline".

Sounds like it's bricked and will need to be replaced.

Need more info.
Where does this phone draw it's power from. If it's from a power brick of power injector, replace all. This includes the power brick, injectors and also the CABLES.
If it's PoE, then go to the switch and post the output to the command "sh power inline

Hi Victor,
You are trying to run the command on router.
You need to provide the output from POE switch or you are running POE module on router if any. please share show inventory/show diag
also, share output of show cdp neighbours details from switch/router

the router is connected to a Juniper Switch , it seems that it is from the switch where the Router has its power.
Although all ports are work accordingly . I have tested in another LAN ports but phone doenst work. I dont have the Power adaoter for the unit( just relying on POE)
Hope that the output below helps
tokvoice01(config)#do show cdp neighbors

Your router does not have PoE.
PS: Please don't post screenshots. Just copy and paste the output.

Hi Victor,
I think u need to go as per Chris suggestions.
Router has its own power supply unit to get powered ON while phones are dependent on Juniper POE module.
